Affiliate Program

The HUC Affiliate Portal at affiliates.hostupcloud.com lets you earn commissions by referring new customers. You're signed in automatically via SSO.

Getting Started

1. Visit affiliates.hostupcloud.com and sign in with your HUC account.
2. Your affiliate account is created automatically with pending status.
3. Wait for admin approval — you'll be notified when approved.
4. Once approved, start sharing referral links and earning commissions.

Dashboard

Your affiliate dashboard shows:

• Total Clicks — all-time clicks on your referral links
• Signups — users who signed up through your links
• Conversions — qualified referrals that resulted in purchases
• Total Earnings — lifetime commissions (approved + paid)
• Pending Payout — approved commissions available for withdrawal
• 30-Day Earnings Chart — daily earnings trend
• Recent Referrals — last 10 referrals with status and commission

Referral Links

Go to Referral Links from the sidebar to create and manage tracking links.

Creating a Link

1. Click Create Link.
2. Enter a Campaign Name (optional, for your organization).
3. Set the Target URL (which page the user lands on).
4. A unique tracking code is generated automatically.

Link Performance

Each link shows:

You can copy, pause/resume, or delete any link.

Commissions

Go to Commissions from the sidebar to track your earnings.

Commission Stats

• Total Earned — all-time approved + paid
• This Month — current month earnings
• Pending Approval — awaiting admin review
• Available for Payout — approved, ready to withdraw

Commission Status Flow

Filter commissions by status with pagination.

Promotions

Go to Promotions from the sidebar to request custom discount codes for your marketing.

Requesting a Promo Code

1. Click Request Promo Code.

2. Fill in:

   • Proposed Code — 4–16 characters (e.g., "SUMMER25")
   • Discount Type — Percentage, Fixed Amount, or Free Setup
   • Discount Value — amount or percentage
   • Target Products — specific products or all (optional)
   • Billing Cycles — Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, etc.
   • Max Uses — usage limit (0 = unlimited)
   • Reason — explain your marketing strategy

3. Submit for admin review.

Once approved, the code is activated on the HUC platform. You can track clicks, conversions, and revenue generated by each promo code.

Payouts

Go to Payouts from the sidebar to request withdrawals.

Requesting a Payout

1. Check your Available Balance (must meet minimum threshold).
2. Your payment method is shown (PayPal or Bank Transfer, configured in Settings).
3. Click Request Payout.
4. Your request enters the queue for processing.

Settings

Go to Settings from the sidebar to view your affiliate details and configure payouts.

Account Info (Read-only)

• Name and Email
• Affiliate Code — your unique code
• Status — Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Suspended
• Commission Rate — your tier-based or custom rate (e.g., "15% Gold Tier")
• Minimum Payout Threshold — minimum amount required for withdrawal

Payout Settings (Editable)

• PayPal Email — for PayPal payouts
• Bank Transfer Details — bank name, account number, routing/SWIFT code

Commission Tiers

Your commission rate is determined by your tier:

• Tiers are assigned by admin (Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc.)
• Each tier has a commission type (percentage or fixed amount) and rate
• Custom rates can be set for individual affiliates
• Your current tier and rate are shown on the Settings page
