Hosting & Domains Management

Manage your hosting accounts (cPanel, WHM, Plesk), domains, DNS records, SSH keys, billing, and profile from the HUC Manage portal.

Hosting & Domains Management

The HUC Manage portal at manage.hostupcloud.com is your central dashboard for hosting accounts, domains, DNS, SSH keys, and billing. You are signed in automatically via SSO — no separate credentials required.

Dashboard

Your dashboard gives a quick overview of your account:

  • Active Domains — total registered domain count
  • Hosting Accounts — number of active hosting accounts
  • SSH Keys — registered SSH keys
  • Uptime — 30-day uptime percentage (99.9% SLA)
  • Quick actions — one-click access to Domains, Hosting Panel, and SSH Keys
  • Service links — direct links to Billing, Support, Learning, and Affiliates portals

Hosting Accounts

Go to Hosting from the sidebar to view and manage your hosting panels.

Panel Types

PanelDescription

WHMReseller hosting management — create and manage cPanel accounts
PleskAll-in-one web hosting and server management platform

Account Details

Each hosting account shows:

  • Account label and panel type badge
  • Linked domain
  • Server name and IP address
  • Hosting plan name
  • Status (Active, Suspended, Pending)

Accessing Your Panel

  1. Find your hosting account in the list.
  2. Click Login — a new tab opens directly into your panel.
  3. No separate login is needed — the system authenticates you automatically via your HUC account.

If you have no hosting accounts yet, click Browse Hosting Plans to get started with a shared or reseller hosting plan.

Domain Management

Go to Domains from the sidebar to manage all your registered domains.

Domain List

Your domain list shows:

  • Domain name
  • Next due date (renewal)
  • Status (Active, Expired, etc.)
  • Auto-renewal indicator
  • Search and pagination controls (10, 25, 50, or 100 per page)
  • Manual refresh button

Domain Settings

Click any domain to access its management page. The following tabs are available:

Overview

  • Domain status and registration/expiry dates
  • Registrar Lock status
  • Auto-Renew status
  • ID Protection (WHOIS privacy) status

Nameservers

  • View current nameservers
  • Set custom nameservers (minimum 2 required)

DNS Management

Full DNS record management:

  • Add records: A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, NS
  • Edit records: modify host, value, TTL, and distance (for MX)
  • Delete records: remove individual records
  • Copy record values to clipboard

Auto Renew

Toggle automatic domain renewal on or off.

Registrar Lock

Enable or disable the domain transfer lock to prevent unauthorized transfers.

Email Forwarding

Set up email forwarding rules (e.g., info@yourdomain.com forwarding to your personal email).

ID Protection

Toggle WHOIS privacy protection to hide your personal details from public WHOIS lookups.

Contact Information

Manage registrant, admin, and billing contact details for the domain.

EPP Code

Request the EPP (authorization) code needed to transfer your domain to another registrar.

Domain Actions

From the sidebar:

  • Renew Domain — extend your domain registration
  • Register a New Domain — search and register a new domain name
  • Transfer Domain — transfer an existing domain to HUC

SSH Keys

Go to SSH Keys from the sidebar to manage server access keys:

  • Add SSH Key — paste your public key with a friendly name
  • View keys — see key type, SHA256 fingerprint, and date added
  • Copy fingerprint — quick copy to clipboard
  • Delete keys — remove with confirmation dialog

SSH keys added here can be used across all your HUC hosting accounts and cloud instances.

Billing

Go to Billing from the sidebar for a quick overview:

  • Wallet balance — your current account credit
  • Pending invoices — count of unpaid invoices
  • Overdue invoices — count of overdue invoices
  • Recent invoices — latest invoices with amount, status (Paid, Pending, Overdue, Draft, Cancelled), and due date
  • Full billing portal — link to billing.hostupcloud.com for detailed invoice management, payments, and transaction history

Profile

Go to Profile from the sidebar to view your account details:

  • Avatar and display name
  • Email address and verification status
  • Account role
  • Account creation date
  • Account ID

Profile changes (name, email, password) are managed from your central HUC account at auth.hostupcloud.com. Changes sync automatically across all HUC services via SSO.

Support

Go to Support from the sidebar to access help resources:

  • Support Tickets — open and track tickets at hostupcloud.help
  • Knowledge Base — guides and tutorials at learn.hostupcloud.com
  • Community Forum — community discussions
  • Email Support — direct email to the support team
