Manage your hosting accounts, domains, DNS, and SSL certificates on HostUp Cloud.
Hosting & Domains
The HUC Manage portal at manage.hostupcloud.com lets you manage your hosting accounts, domains, DNS records, and more. You're signed in automatically via SSO.
Dashboard
Your manage dashboard shows:
- Active Domains — total domain count
- Hosting Accounts — active hosting accounts
- SSH Keys — registered keys
- Uptime — 30-day uptime percentage
- Quick action links to Domains, Hosting, and SSH Keys
Hosting Accounts
Go to Hosting from the sidebar to view and access your hosting panels.
Panel Types
| Panel | Description |
|---|---|
| cPanel | Shared hosting management — email, files, databases |
| WHM | Reseller hosting management — create and manage cPanel accounts |
| Plesk | All-in-one web hosting platform |
Accessing Your Panel
- Find your hosting account in the list.
- Click Login — a new tab opens with your panel.
- You'll see the account details: domain, server name, server IP, plan name, and status.
Panel login is handled automatically. You don't need to enter separate credentials — the system authenticates you via your HUC account.
Domain Management
Go to Domains from the sidebar to manage all your domains.
Domain List
View all your domains with:
- Domain name
- Next due date (renewal)
- Status (Active, Expired, etc.)
- Auto-renewal indicator
Domain Settings
Click a domain to access its management page with these tabs:
Overview
- Domain status and registration dates
- Registrar Lock status
- Auto-Renew status
- ID Protection (WHOIS privacy) status
Nameservers
- View current nameservers
- Set custom nameservers (minimum 2 required)
DNS Management
Full DNS record management:
- Add records: A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, NS
- Edit records: modify host, value, TTL, and distance (for MX)
- Delete records: remove individual records
- Copy record values to clipboard
Auto Renew
Toggle automatic domain renewal on or off.
Registrar Lock
Enable or disable the domain transfer lock to prevent unauthorized transfers.
Email Forwarding
Set up email forwarding rules (e.g., info@yourdomain.com forwarding to your personal email).
ID Protection
Toggle WHOIS privacy protection to hide your personal details from public WHOIS lookups.
Contact Information
Manage registrant, admin, and billing contact details for the domain.
EPP Code
Request the EPP (authorization) code needed to transfer your domain to another registrar.
Domain Actions
From the sidebar:
- Renew Domain — extend registration
- Register a New Domain — register a new domain name
- Transfer Domain — transfer a domain to HUC
SSH Keys
Go to SSH Keys from the sidebar to manage server access keys:
- Add SSH Key — paste your public key with a name
- View keys — see key type, SHA256 fingerprint, and date added
- Copy fingerprint — quick copy to clipboard
- Delete keys — remove with confirmation
Billing
Go to Billing from the sidebar for a quick view of:
- Wallet balance
- Pending and overdue invoice counts
- Recent invoices with status
- Link to the full billing portal
