How to install WordPress in Plesk

The WordPress Toolkit is a user-friendly management interface designed for easy installation, configuration, and administration of WordPress within Plesk. This guide will demonstrate how to install WordPress and oversee its installations using Plesk.

It's important to mention that the WordPress Toolkit supports WordPress versions from 4.9 onwards and is provided free of charge with the Web Pro and Web Host Plesk editions. For users of the Web Admin edition, the extension is available for a fee.

Steps to install WordPress:

1. Access your Plesk control panel through your HostUpCloud Dashboard. 

2. Click on WordPress.

3.Select your webspace(domain).

1. The Install WordPress page will display. From this page, you can do one of the following:

• Install the latest WordPress version (with default settings) by clicking Install.

• Change the default settings (the WordPress version, database name, auto-update settings and more) and click Install.

Note: To install WordPress, WP Toolkit retrieves data from
wordpress.org. By default, if WordPress
Toolkit cannot establish connection in 15 seconds, wordpress.org
is considered to be unavailable.

A new installation appears in the list of all existing WordPress installations
in WordPress.
